Certificates
In September 2022, we passed the necessary exams at PHI Darmstadt and received the Certificate, Logo, and Title of European Certified Passive House Master/Contractor. This has led us to join the European list of experts: Prefabricated Building Contractors.
The necessary approvals and certificates allow us to effectively conduct our business. Thanks to them, our clients are able to obtain the necessary permits and are confident in our designs.
ITB Technical Approval
The elements from which the walls and roof of the building are made have a document in the form of a technical approval issued by the Building Research Institute in Warsaw under the number Aprobata ITB AT-15-7770/2008.
Hygienic Certificate
All elements used in the construction of walls and roofs have a hygiene certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health in Warsaw, No. HK/B/1414/01/2010. The document certifies that the individual elements can be used in residential, industrial, public, and food industry buildings.
Thermal insulation of walls and roofs
All our buildings have thermal insulation adapted to the type and purpose of the building. The most commonly used thermal insulation is EPS 70-038 Fasada Professional, most commonly used in single-family home construction. This self-extinguishing product has a heat transfer coefficient (W/(m² K) of 0.38 to 0.25.
